Craft Hope Project 7

Craft Hope Spreading seeds of hope one stitch at a time

Craft Hope has another project that I will be able to participate in! As you will recall, I participated in Craft Hope's Doll Project (#2) as well as their Booties and Beanies Project (#3). Unfortunately, I have not had time to participate in projects 4-6, so I am happy to be involved again (time seems to be short when you have a toddler and a full time job!)

This time, Craft Hope is doing something that touches both my crafty side as well as my educator side: BEAN BAGS! You know the kind we use in school---ones with letters, numbers, shapes, colors, etc. on them. I have four sets in my classroom right now! I won't go into too many details here, but I do hope you will go to the Craft Hope website and learn about the children in Liberia, West Africa who will benefit from this project.

I am making a set of numbers 0-9 as well as the operation signs. The fabric is cut and the letters/symbols have been painted. All that is left is to sew and stuff and of course, MAIL by the deadline!!!
